JUST CALL ME LUCKY

Today, I received two more birthday gifts. Britt, from our online Stitching Group made this wonderful pinkeep with my initials on it, and little birds. I hope you can see how perfect the stitching is. Britt is from Germany. The candy is calling me to open it, but I am trying hard to be good for awhile. The card is very nice also. Thank you so much for thinking of me and sending this package.
Britt has a blog and you can see if from my blog list at the side. Brigitte's Place.

This gift is from my neice, Brenda. Today I went to lunch with her, her daughter and my nephew. This is from Yankee Candle but is not a candle. You place the oil in the vase and the scent comes up through the what i would call bamboo sticks. What a neat idea, no flames.
Can't wait to try it out.

Hi Nancy, your pin keep is precious and beautiful work too. I want to do a pin keep someday I think they are the neatest. I like the oil vase...I've never seen one before. I like the idea of the fragrance without burning a candle....I love candles, and burn them but my hubby worries about fires.
Are you busy packing? Not too much longer. Linda

Hi Nancy. The French love the 'not candles'! We have a lot of them here, in all colours and scents.
What is your online stitching group called, may I ask?

Nancy,
What lovely presents. I love it when gifts just keep coming :>)
Your little Nest pinkeep from britt is so sweet and really personal. Britt is such a lovely thoughtful friend. I also love the idea of the scented bamboo - so clever. Joni sent me some amazing scented little candles from Yankee Candle. Even the postman commented on how lovely the parcel made his van smell...haha!
Hugs, Angela
