Here is another finished poncho. I bought these buttons twice because I like them so much. The second one will have a different varigated yarn. I don't want them just alike. They are fun to make. I have until the second week in October for the church craft show. I should have many made by then.
This one will be more teen size. I think I will make it to fit about 12 to 14. The colors and buttons are more suited to teens I think. I sure hope people still like ponchos, lol.

I love this one! The buttons remind me of a box of chocolates. I am sure these are going to sell well. What a perfect thing to use on those cool nights in autumn or spring or wear in the house when it gets cold in the winter.

Glad the craft fair is going ahead. You will have fun doing it.

Love and hugs ~

Nancy, I love the ponchos and know they'll be a popular item to sell. When I saw the buttons I had to call Jacquelyn over to take a look. She's in love with buttons and is gathering quite a supply of them. She hopes to use them on purses and other bags that she's going to make, and I knew she'd just love the ones in the aquas and browns. She also loved that argyle one. Wouldn't it be cute as a closure for a knitted purse?? There you go... something else to knit to sell :) We're going to be making a trip out this week to buy some buttons!
Hugs, Joanne

Wow, you must have smoking needles, Nancy. Your ponchos look terrific and it's wonderful how you can have so many different looks due to colour choices.
