CHRISTMAS FOR ME

All of my growing up years, my Dad gave my Mom a Whitman Sampler for Christmas. Later in life, Eric took over and gave them to her. This year, I guess I became my Mom, Eric and Becky gave one to me. The first thing I go for, is the little Whitman Chocolate man. Memories! Thanks Eric and Becky.
This shirt is also from them. It says fight like a girl and has the breast cancer symbol with boxing gloves hanging from it. Neat.
Still thinking pink, Becky bought this Ft. Myers Beach jacket for me while she was vacationing there. I used to live in Ft. Myers. Very nice.
Bill gave me a one cup coffee maker with a thermal cup and a gift card for Joann's.
George gave me money. I think I did very well for Christmas.

How fun for them to carry the Whitman's tradition on to you! My mom always bought Almond Roca at Christmas and my husband loves it....hmmm....maybe next year I should start giving it to him. Love the beach jacket and the "fight like a girl shirt" too. Of course, money and a gift card to JoAnn's are great gifts too! Glad you had a Merry Christmas!

Have you used the thermal cup to take coffee with you? Like to your chair since you tell me you never go anywhere? LOL! But you are more active than me when it comes to going out and about.

Whitman sampler used to be a gift from the four of us to Grandma. And she always opened the box and said who wants the little man as she always gave it away. But then again, she always had yummy candies in her candy jar and her first words to Eric and I were to get a piece of candy when we came in. Remember the Brach's stars? Not even sure if I spelled it correctly. I am glad you enjoyed your Christmas.

Love and hugs,
Heidi

I can't think of a nicer tradition to take over than receiving a Whitman's tin of chocolates, Nancy :>)
I adore these chocolates and have been lucky enough to get an occasional tin which I add to my collecction - after eating the delicious chocolates, of course. My favourite is the coconut one or is it the fudge or, maybe the caramel...haha!

I love your beautiful new top. You do fight like a girl - daintily but with a powerful punch :>)
Have a happy very healthy and peaceful new year :>)
