MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL

I'm sure by now, you all know I will be flying to New York on Christmas Eve. I am going to be with Kristy and her family, and Mandie and Zoe. We will be thinking of Jason, Mandie's husband, who is deployed in Quatar. We pray he stays safe while he has to be away. Mitch is also in the Army, and we also want to wish him the very best while he serves our country.

I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. It is so hard to believe it is almost here and now we have to remember to write 2008 on checks. That is always hard for me, so i put it on several checks ahead of time.
I got the suitcases closed which was a big deal. I almost had to just leave my clothes at home.
I will try to catch up with everyone when I get back. Thanks everyone for all the nice comments.

Nancy hi,
I've just got back from a few days away at my SIL's. We returned today bringing Rula from college, SIL and MIL. Our son Alexis arrived back today, from 10 days in France where he was working as a rep at a ski resort so now I really feel the Christmas celebrations have begun. It doesn't matter where you are as long as you are with the very special people in your life. Enjoy being with your loved ones and those absent are but a thought away. Have a wonderful Christmas and hope to catch up again in the New Year :>)
Hugs, Angela

Hi Nancy - thanks for taking time to stop by, know you are busy now. Have a really wonderful, joyous and peaceful Christmas in New York with the girls and greatgrandchildren - keep warm and stay off those sleds, we're getting a bit long in the tooth to be taking chances like that, ha! ha!

I'll miss you all, including sweet Heidi who by now is tucked up in Cranberry Cottage and hopefully having a wonderful time. I'll be thinking of Jason and Mitch and praying they stay safe as they serve this precious country.

Have a safe trip and blessings of Christmas to you all. Talk with you later.
Love and hugs - Mary.

SEE YOU LATER TODAY!!!! Thank you for your prayers for Jason. I know that he is lonely as this is his first Christmas away from his family. It makes it harder on all of us! Love you gramma!

Who knows...maybe one of these days when you visit Watertown, we'll go for coffee. I would suggest a yarn crawl but Kristen tells me that Watertown lacks wool shops.

Merry Christmas to you and all your family. Enjoy your times with your loved ones.

Hello Nancy,
Allways nice to read how you are doing, and thank you very much for your best wishes! I wish you a very nice xmas with your family!!It had been a while since I looked at my computer, so that's why I responded a little late to your nice wishes. I am staying home with xmas. Tomorrow(first xmasday) together with Mike and Wednesday(second xmasday) some friends are coming over.Thursday we go to my sisters. It is her aniversary. In my family we celebrate this "third" xmasday. It will be different this year because we miss our parents.
This week I won't have to go to work so I have the time to enjoy the little things of life and take it easy.(and time for some cross stitching).
Best wishes from Hoevelaken,
Liefs Sonja
