Yesterday, I started the day with two bears. I made a poncho for the white one to see how it would work out. 
Today, I bought 13 more bears and dressed these two right away, since I had the ponchos ready for them. They match the kids ponchos I made, so I might put them together at the craft show. I have another one finished except for the fringe. This is going to be fun, dressing these little guys. 
I made this hat a couple nights ago and needed to chrochet a flower for it. It isn't as good as one Kristy would make, but with the little butterfly button, it worked out ok. This hat is adult size. I think you can figure out, I am having fun.Kristy is also making things for this show. She is planning to come for it and I want her to sing in our church service when she is here. She does solos in her church and I love hearing her.

I had a sneak preview of these bears and they are really turning out cute. I am sure they will sell as gifts for kids especially since you are having this booth before the holidays. Your flower is adorable. I love the butterfly button you sewed on with it.

Those bears and their ponchos are adorable!! I like the hats too. This craft show should be pretty fun for you! Thanks for the tip on the "Mangle." I found a picture on the internet and I think you're right about it. Mom's had two rollers (I think) but I could be remembering wrong. Anyway I edited the post and added it to it with a note that you gave me the way to find it! I pray that all is going well with you. Once again, I love what your hands have been up to!
