LEAVING, BUT NOT ON A JET PLANE

Tomorrow morning at 5:20AM, I should be pulling out of the Amtrak station in Cleveland.
I am going to Syracuse, where Kristy will meet me. I am getting away from it all. I love visiting with them so looking forward to it.
My doctor called today, and said I will need chemo, which I am not happy about at all. On the 21st, I will be meeting with the doctor who will give me the details of the treatment.
I am taking my laptop, so I will be talking to Heidi on Skype, and still checking my blog and emails. I did not book a return trip yet.

It sounds like a much needed trip to divert your time and attention elsewhere before you start chemo. I hope you have a very enjoyable trip! Also, thanks for your kind comment on my post. I guess sometimes I overthink things. It's the first post I've ever deleted bz I didn't like how I thought it came across in meaning. Cindy

So sorry to hear the specialist thinks you need chemo but, they are the experts and will know exactly what the best course of treatment is for you so, go with the flow and you'll soon be on the road to recovery.

I've been to Syracuse once. I arrived at night while it was raining so I didn't see much. When I left the next day, during daylight I realized that perhaps I should have stayed longer to see more of the city.

As always you are in my thoughts and prayers.
