Knitting project

This is my latest knitting project. It was supposed to be for Eric, but he decided the green in it

is too bright for hunting and I made the sleeves a little long for him. It fits Bill perfectly, and he

loves it, so guess what, Bill now owns the sweater. It is Paton's 100% Merino Wool. It is so soft, it feels like acrylic

Nancy,
You seem to be busy all the time and are skilled in so many different crafts :>) Bill was definitely in the right place at the right time and got himself a wonderful sweater. Eric will, sadly have to wait for the next one :>)My DH has several shop bought ones knitted in merino wool and they are lovely to feel.

I cannot believe Eric did not want it. Crazy little brother! It would have matched his afghan. LOL! But not so crazy big brother! Now Bill is ready for that coming Ohio winter.....

Love and hugs ~

That's amazing to me. I'm still struggling with my stinking scarf! It's coming along, I'm getting better. But, I can't seem to work the needles very easily. To make something like that would probably kill me and my fingertips!

Love,
Julie

Oh my goodness. Eric didn't take it! Bill is making out quite well on that deal! I am sure he is thinking, order another Eric. Then he will sneak in and add some rows to the sleeves. :) It looks great, Gramma!

I recently made a pair of trigger mitts with the Patons Classic Merino. I really enjoyed working with it. I'm sure you did as well.

I can understand why Eric may not have wanted it. I'm certain that Patons didn't speak to any hunters/outdoorsman when choosing colours for this colourway.
