The lasange is ready to go into the oven and the apple dumplings just came out. My sons and Eric's friend came for dinner. It was snowing that day, but warm inside. In case you wonder, that is cheese sprinkled on the top, I had three different cheeses.
These are the cookies I was telling the online stitching group about. I couldn't resist trying them and oh they are very good. Some of my snowmen are guarding them.Visit my Granddaughter Mandie today, she put a new post on. She is on my friends list, Army wife is my life.

Everything looks delicious! I love apple dumplings and lasagna. I guess cooking is like swimming. You never forget how to do it. I don't cook a lot anymore either unless we have family at our house. I like to cook for several but not for two. I hope that you're having a great day. I'm off to visit your granddaughter.

Yummy! Sorry I missed that dinner!! I looked for those cookies yesterday at the grocery store, no luck but I will keep my eyes open for them.
