GIFTS FOR MY COUSIN

I went to Joann Fabrics to buy the DMC I needed to complete the designs Heidi gave me for Christmas.
I started this one yesterday and I want to finish it and get it framed for my cousin. Her birthday is Jan. 5th. She is the one we are going to visit in Florida.

I bought some 14 count aida for the other one. I want it to come out a little bigger and put it on one cloth, like a sampler. I will take this with me to do.

I am going to knit some dishcloths for Louise also.

Nancy, this is great. I love the LHN designs very much and this one will certainly be a wonderful gift for your cousin.
In an earlier post I saw two Prairie Schooler patterns that you got. PS is my favourite designer for many, many reasons. You will love stitching the designs.

If these are knit washcloths like the ones my MIL makes, they're the best and so absorbant!! I love them. What a thoughtful gift to give of your talent to your cousin. I like how it's all turning out! I wish I could still see well enough to cross stitch.

Nancy,
What an organized little stitching box and an organized list of things to do. I'm picking up tips all the time :>)
Your projects are really lovely and i can't wait to watch each one develop.

Nancy..that looks like a fun project...you are so good at keeping yourself busy with such wonderful things. One of my resolutions is to make more hand made items.

Nancy, your talent never ceases to amaze me. You are truly an artist. I remember my mother buying me knit washclothes years ago. I know that you are looking forward to your trip to Florida.
Love,
