THIS IS 9 - 11, we can never forget what was done to our country on this day.

hope if you don't already have one, you will buy and wear an American Flag pin. We have a man running for president who refuses to wear one. Also, be proud to be an American and stand with your hand over your heart when our National Anthem is played. No, it does not need to be changed to This Land Is Your Land. Can you tell I am proud to be an American and KEEP GOD in everything he is and has been in for many years. We don't need that kind of change. Put a flag out in your yard today, I have one everyday.
This pictures says it all. If our soldiers in Iraq can take the time to remind everyone what they are fighting for, maybe we should take the time to thank a soldier today. Never forget they are there. Yes, this is a unit in Iraq.

I agree with you Nancy. We need to be in prayer for this next election. It is very scary to think of the prospect of Obama being commander in chief! Hope you have a good weekend.

hi Gramma! The last news i read out McCain ahead by 4points! Not ahuge lead, but the again, we only need ONE to win! :o) I really hope our country opens it's eyes and sees Obama in his true light, Anti-American. And yes thank a service member anytime you get a chance to. They are not thanked enough for the sacrifices they make for our country.

I always hang the American Flag in front of my house....very nice post Nancy!!...Funny how both John and Cindy McCain went to Ground Zero to honor the victims of 9-11 but Michelle Obama stayed home because she has "no speaking engagements".....hmmmm......
