RAINY OHIO

This isn't my car, I don't have a red car anymore. I borrowed this picture, but when we went to breakfast this morning, this is exactly what we were seeing. It is supposed to get into the fifties today, but we will see.
Today, I am washing clothes, maybe scrapping later and almost finished with this book. It is written by the same author as the Ladies of Covington, but I don't think it is nearly as good.
Yesterday I made homemade vegetable soup and we will have some today also. I bought yummy Italian bread to go with it. Bill came to eat and also took soup home with him.

I haven't been cross stitching my Warrior since I had my eye done. I bought reading glasses, but still didn't attempt it. Maybe I will tonight. I knitted this Barbie doll coat and hat with some scrap yarn I have.
I also knitted this skirt and sweater. I haven't knit any Barbie clothes since my Granddaughters were small. My little Princess Zoe will get these. Hope you are all having a good day and better weather than we have.

Nope...not better weather. We have had a very grey, cold and wet week too. But remember, the sun will come out tomorrow...right Ditty??? I am surprised the book is not that good since we loved her other books. I do love that cover though! The Barbie clothes are cute and Zoe will love them.

Love and hugs ~

In your part of the world it's rainy, here it's snowy. I just hope for rain but sun would be te best, lol.
I love those Barbie clothes. I also knitted and sewed for my daughter's Barbie when she was playing with her.

Hi Nancy,
Well the rain came our way in PA today and thank goodness too...we were under a "red flag alert" the last two days because the woods are so dry and we had so much wind.
The Barbie clothes are very cute! I can't imagine knitting anything that small.

Hi Nancy, we had rain Thursday and have sunshine today. I love the Barbie clothes that you made. I am making home made vegetable soup tomorrow. I always share it with the girls. Have a wonderful day!
Love,
Sweetie

Hi nancy,
Sorry you're having such grey looking rain. We had a couple of drizzly days and it forecast rain for today but, instead, the sun came out so, sorry, we got your sunshine by mistake - and you got our rain!!
I love the little knitted clothes, they are so sweet. Rula still occasionally gets her Barbies out :>) They are good friends...haha!
Warm hugs Angela
